Motion to approve 9/14/2021 minutes by Brandon Bindl, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher, all voted aye, carried.
Municipal Judge Resignation – Dan Quinn contact Maria Davis from the League of Municipalities. Dan Quinn may appoint a temporary judge for now but there will need to be an election.
Contacted the Richland County Judicial Assistant and discuss this with Judge Clerk. No updates
currently.
Motion to approve Resolution 2021-08 Redistricting Map by JR Marshall, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to approve the Employee Handbook by Mary Litviak, seconded by Steve Morgenson, all voted aye, carried.
Fire Station Roof on the Northwest side of building is leaking. Dan Quinn will be getting bids on slopping the roof or rubber coating spray. The front of the building also needs work.
2022 Budget meeting scheduled Monday, October 25th at the Village Office at 6:00 PM. All departments asked to provide a budget.
Trick-or-Treating will be Sunday, October 31st from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Motion to follow Act 166 giving Clerk and/or Treasurer permission to issue Operator’s License prior to Regular Board Meeting by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Steve Morgenson, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to approve Operators Licenses for Lone Rock Shell, Mary Anthony P Duyan and Carole A Hall pending background checks by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Steve Morgenson, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to approve 1 year salary for the newly appoint EMS Secretary/Treasury by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Brandon Bindl, all voted aye, carried.

Streets & Parks – Haydn Walsh – Splash Pad closed, and Fireman’s Park Bathrooms closing on Friday.
Discussion on replacing a basketball hoop that knocked over last winter. Photo of the hoop and whether it was placed in Village right-a-way. Dan Quinn asked Haydn and Brad to get more information.
Dan Quinn asked that all shrubs or vines removed from all signs and guard wires.
Water & Sewer – Brad Wilson
Desludging lagoons moved to the Spring of 2022.
DO Meter – dissolves oxygen sampler and suggested by the DNR
Duck Weed Preventer – MARC 22 Photo Blue tablets.
Dan Quinn gave permission to order both (DO Meter and MARC 22 Photo Blue).
Public Input –
Teresa Stafford asked about dumping yard waste and the sale of the lot across the street from the storage units. Concern: water runoff from blacktopped streets around the storage units and how much more if a lot is sold for additional storage units.
Dan Quinn shared an email from Ted Greenheck on the value of a school forest lot.
Dan Quinn stated that the Ewers are a day and half away of moving their property out.
Interested Contractors will meet at the property on Thursday, October 21st at 10:00 for a walk through.

Posting of Notices – Per 2015 Senate Bill 137, 2015 Wisconsin Act 79 Section 2. 985.02 (02) (a) All Village Notices must be posted in at least one public place likely to give notice to persons affected and placed electronically on an Internet site maintained by the municipality. Therefore, in lieu of newspaper ads and notices, the Village of Lone Rock posts on the Village of Lone Rock website, www.villageoflonerock.com, at the Village Post Office, and at both the inside and outside bulletin boards at the Lone Rock Village Office, 314 E Forest St. This more than meets the criteria required per this legislation. (Approved by the Village Board at its meeting on February 9, 2016.)
