Planning & Zoning Recommendation on Ken Shanahan conditional use permit - Dan Quinn informed Ken that since he was a no show that the request has been tabled until another hearing can be scheduled.
Town & Country Sanitation: Update from Village Attorney – Dan Quinn
Finance committee will be scheduling a meeting with Town & Country to discuss fees.
Certified Survey Map of Tom Frieberg and Lisa Evans was distributed. Dan Quinn was asked by the engineer’s that the water continue to another main. Discussion followed.
Motion to approve certified survey map for the 4 lots by Justin Wahl, seconded by Mary Litviak, all vote aye, carried.
Tom Frieberg will be forwarding a Developers Agreement for Dan Quinn’s signature.
Marvin Joles III introduced Stef Morrill to explain what River Valley Commons. Stef began this non-profit the beginning of 2020 and its mission is to help with the well being of the area. Setting up a neighbor helping neighbors fund.
Mary Litviak invited Stef to the Community Center for the Thursday meetings in the Community.
Audio with the current equipment to support ZOOM meetings is low. Justin Wahl will be looking into the current system to improve audio.
Motion to get someone in and hook up the audio by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Mary Litviak, all voted aye, carried.
Dan McGuire handed Tammy Christianson a letter removing him for consideration in the April 2021 Lone Rock President election.
Dan McGuire presented the village the idea of annexation of 75 acres of the solar farmland into the Village of Lone Rock. Dan McGuire stated that there is an accepted offer on the property and the Village has 90 days to express interest in moving forward.
Justin Wahl asked what would be done with it.
Dan McGuire suggested that it would be an addition to our industrial park.
Mary Litviak brought up extra territorial procedure that is lengthy and would not happen quickly.
Dan McGuire provided Dan Quinn with a list of numbers to contact.
Dan Quinn asked that this be put back on the March 9th Agenda.
Building Permit – Pete Giese approval – Kenneth Shanahan addition to Office/Storage Space (01/14/2021) – Motion to approve by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Justin Wahl, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to renew Assessment Contract with Gardiner Appraisal Service, LLC for 2 years by JR Marshall, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher, all voted aye, carried.
EMT – Theresa Jensen announces that Jennifer Merrison and Jamie Layton have passed her NREMT Practical Test. Congratulations.

Economic Development Committee – Mary Litviak
Community Meetings have been interesting.
This Thursday is about Land Use from 10 AM – 7 PM.
Library – Caitlin Opatik reported that the library is still open and had 75 visits last month.
Steve Morgenson announced that Caitlin has received a scholarship for this semester for Library Director.
Public Safety – Tim Gratz – NONE
Harry Pulvermacher asked the public not to call him for a 911 emergency. Please call 911 direct.
Streets & Parks – Brad Wilson
Motion to approve the All-Star Elevator, LLC contract for 1 year to maintain the Community Center Elevator by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Justin Wahl, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to purchase a floor scrubber for the Community Center by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Steve Morgenson, all voted aye, carried.
Water & Sewer – Adam Reno
Lift Station Grinder – tabled until more information is provided from bids.
No contact from Perkins on re-keying the Community Center.
Public Input –
Ken Shanahan provided information about his business (Egge Movers) and his request for the watchmen - conditional use permit.
Don Brander asked the Village Board for their answer concerning the Annexation since Dan McGuire has left.
Mary Litviak explained the 90 days.
Don Brander also asked about the 4th of July this year. It would depend on the pandemic and who would be interested in setting it up.
Dan Quinn asked the Board Trustees to review the Draft Memorandum of Agreement for the Historic Wisconsin River Bridges and the mitigation measures to be employed with the replacement project.
