Mark Doyle – Delta 3 – gave an update on the Water Systems Improvements Phase II project – with all utilities completed and blacktopping the remaining streets within the next week or 2.
Motion made to Pay Application #5 – Ewers Contracting, Inc – Water System Improvements-Phase II of $89,228.00 by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Mary Litviak, all voted aye, carried.
Building Permit(s) – (Pete Giese approval) Joe Hackl – Change Electrical Panel on 8/20/2020; Pete Joosse - Workshop/Shed on 8/27/2020 approved by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Steve Morgenson, all voted aye, carried.
Operator’s License for Alaxandria R Deneen for D&Z’s approved by Steve Morgenson, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to approve installing an interior door in the back of the village conference room for an additional exit by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by JR Marshall, all voted aye, carried.
EMS – Lot numbers in Prairie Summit are wrong, missing or to small. It was discussed that the lot tenants are responsible for the number and be at a minimum of 3 inches or larger.
Tammy Christianson, in the absence of Theresa Jensen, gave on updated on the SW Tech material and class fees.
Ambulance Proposals - Steve Morgenson presented 3 additional proposals for a new ambulance. Steve Morgensen will contact North Central Old Sage with the possibility of bringing down the ambulance for review. Mary Litviak would like to see bids on the detailing since this model is all white.
Steve Morgenson stated that all lights are fixed.
Mary Litviak gave an update from Economic Development Committee that may involve a Memorial walk through the village using the old walkway to the old school building.
The next Economic Development Committee meeting will be October 9th at 9 AM, at the Village Office.
Mary Litviak, Millie Rott and Steve Morgenson of the Planning and/or Zoning Committees have been a part of 2 planning and zoning webinars held at the Village Office.
Motion made that the Village cover the cost of the upcoming 3 zoning webinars, Sept-Nov, and field manual for the total cost $85.00 by JR Marshall, seconded by Steve Morgenson, all voted aye, carried.
The Economic Development Committee is working with Matt Honer, Southwestern Regional Planning on items that concern downtown (sidewalks & lighting).
Caitlin Opatik (Library) updated the Board Members on the number of visits, upcoming meeting and reviewing opening doors without parents.
Streets & Parks – Brad Wilson
New elevator passed inspection. Need to hold the button until the elevator reaches your floor and the entrance will have an outside canopy.
Motion to pay D.L. Gasser Construction on work completed on S Chestnut and S Ash of $44,536.51 by Jason Wahl, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to pay Halvy’s Construction for enlarging 3 doors for the new elevator of $2,300.00 by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Steve Morgenson, all voted aye, carried.
Water & Sewer – Adam Reno
Basement inspections will be scheduled soon, and it will involve most of the village.
Motion to pay application #2 – CCJ Construction for the Lift Station Building of $28,450.00 by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Steve Morgenson, all voted aye, carried.
Public Input
Richard McGee stated his driveway is flooding due to the new street. Dan Quinn stated the Delta 3 will be shooting grade in that area soon.
A Public Safety Committee Meeting was scheduled Monday, September 21st at 6 PM at the Village Office.

Posting of Notices – Per 2015 Senate Bill 137, 2015 Wisconsin Act 79 Section 2. 985.02 (02) (a) All Village Notices must be posted in at least one public place likely to give notice to persons affected and placed electronically on an Internet site maintained by the municipality. Therefore, in lieu of newspaper ads and notices, the Village of Lone Rock posts on the Village of Lone Rock website, www.villageoflonerock.com, at the Village Post Office, and at both the inside and outside bulletin boards at the Lone Rock Village Office, 314 E Forest St. This more than meets the criteria required per this legislation. (Approved by the Village Board at its meeting on February 9, 2016.)
