Water & Sewer:
Delta 3 – Mark Doyle and Adam Reno provided a progress report on the Water System Improvements – Phase II – Liberty Street completed and moving next to Alley & Chestnut Street.
Motion to approve payment #2 of $125,960.00 to Ewers Contracting, Inc for Phase II Water System Improvements by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by JR Marshall, all voted aye, carried. Signatures of Dan Quinn & Tammy Christianson followed.
Resolution #2020-04 - WDNR Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP) Authorized Representative. Motion by Justin Wahl, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher, all voted aye, carried.
Resolution #2020-05 – WDNR Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP) Reimbursement. Motion by Steve Morgenson, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to accept the Asset Management Plan by JR Marshall, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher, all voted aye, carried. Provides all materials and map of the Lone Rock Public Water System.
Vacant Trustee Position:
Ballets were disbursed – results 3 votes each for Tootie Pulvermacher and Chris Conner a tie.
Motion made to leave the seat vacant until the next election by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by JR Marshall, all voted aye, carried.
Commercial Electrical Inspector for the Village:
Required paperwork submitted with no response as of 6/9. Dan Quinn will be contacting GEC and the Village Attorney to address the concerns of the State Inspector’s visits.
River Valley School Forest in Lone Rock:
Dan McGuire spoke about River Valley School District making the decision on the Lots, not the Village of Lone Rock. Would like the lots to stay with the Village. A subcommittee will be meeting on June 22nd and would like someone from the Village Board to attend is possible.
Richland County Report:
Dan McGuire provided an explanation of the water flow of the Tri-County Airport. There will be a meeting at 11:00 am on June 18th at the Airport with state representatives attending.

Ordinance Update:
Dan Quinn will be looking into other area ordinance concern pool fencing.
Keg & Kettle Update:
AJ Christianson would like to plant trees between the sidewalk and street. Discussion followed of the type of trees. Dan Quinn requested Adam Reno and Brad Wilson to check on the type of trees that could be planted. The Village will make the decision on the type and plant.

Library: NONE
Streets & Parks – Brad Wilson:
Crack filling began 6/8 with 11 streets completed. The streets are not to bad so less materials are needed with will decrease the cost of the project.
Elevator: Contractor remeasured the doors and will not be able to provide under the approved bid. Motion to approve Tom Halverson (the only bid) of enlarge the doors by JR Marshall, seconded by Steve Morgenson, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to open Parks Bathrooms by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Mary Litviak, all voted aye, carried.
Motion to open the Splash Pad by Steve Morgenson, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher, all voted aye, carried.
Horseshow pits will be removed due to lack of use and hazard condition.
Motion to allow the American Legion Ball Tournament to take place Friday and Saturday the 4th of July weekend by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by Justin Wahl, all voted aye, carried. Concession stand maybe opened by the American Legion.
Public Input:
Janet Haight announced the opening of the Bistro & Taproom (former The Waz Inn) by the end of Summer. Renovating will be taken place with good menu.
AJ Christianson gave an update on the 5/26 Blood Drive. Future Blood Drive is scheduled for 7/28.
Theresa Jenson announced the need for additional EMT’s.

Therefore, in lieu of newspaper ads and notices, the Village of Lone Rock posts on the Village of Lone Rock website, www.villageoflonerock.com, at the Village Post Office, and at both the inside and outside bulletin boards at the Lone Rock Village Office, 314 E Forest St. This more than meets the criteria required per this legislation. (Approved by the Village Board at its meeting on February 9, 2016.)
