Set Date for Caucus - (the date needs to be established Between December 1 and January 1, according to Statutes, and the date set at the December meeting needs to be held between January 2nd and January 21st,) motion needed to set date and time.
Charter Ordinance No. 2 – Repealed and adopt new Ordinance to separate the offices of Village Clerk and Village Treasurer.
Renewal of Assessment Contract with Gardiner Appraisal Service, LLC.
Voting Equipment Audit was completed with correct numbers on November 30, 2022 and returned to WEC.

Building Permits (D. Butteris approved) on 11/9/2022 to Prairie Summit MHP (Evelyn Halverson) for Construction of Lot 17 & 45. Approved 11/23/2022 to Janice Kraemer for ramp/breezeway on Lot 40 in Prairie Summit MHP.
